i bought these little dishes from ikea with the intention of painting them gold inside, but the martha stewart paint didn't work out so well. Here's the project I was inspired by.
but then, as you see, it was looking horrible, so i resorted to old stand by: krylon!
looks good!!! too bad Krylon isn't food safe, but it's perfect for your little sponge holder
ReplyDeleteactually the gold needs to be coated with something, because having water sit on it kinda ruined it. so back to the drawing board.
